Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Absolutely! Our suppliers work hard to offer a large variety of quality foods with no-nasties, including organic, gluten free and vegan options. Check our website for detailed product descriptions.

How long will the products last?

Each product differs. Every product we carry is clearly marked with a Use By date. If you are unsure, feel free to contact our friendly team via our Contact Us page or at support@eatgood.com.au for further clarification.

Do the products contain artificial colour and flavours?

We pride ourselves on our “No Thank You Promise”, which means you can be rest assured we’ve done all the hard work for you. Every item in the EatGood range is free from artificial colours and flavours. In addition to this, we screen our products for over 71 harmful additives and preservatives commonly found in food.

ORDERING

How do I order?

Ordering with EatGood is easy! Simply select from our online store and create an account as you check out. You can pay for your selections via our shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard and payment via PayPal.

Is there a minimum order?

Nope. There is no minimum order requirement. However, as there are minimum costs in getting it to your door, we pass on savings dependent on your order size.

When do I have to order by and when will my order be delivered?

Simply place your order by 11:59pm every Sunday night for delivery the following Wednesday. If you miss the cut off and order after the specified time, that’s okay. It simply means, your order will be processed the following week.

What happens if I place an order after the cut off time?

All orders placed after 11:59pm every Sunday will be processed for the following week.

What if I did not receive a confirmation email?

Please check all your folders including the junk and spam folder. If you can’t find your confirmation email, contact our Customer Care at support@eatgood.com.au and we will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you have made a mistake and would like to request a change or cancellation, email our Customer Care at support@eatgood.com.au as soon as possible. We will try our best to assist. However, our efficient warehouse superstars may have already sent it out!

Unfortunately, we are unable to add any items or expedite shipping of your order once it's placed, to do so you will have to create a new order.

PAYMENT

How do I pay?

Payment is easy! Simply enter your details at checkout and you’re good to go! EatGood accepts VISA, MasterCard debit/credit cards and payment via PayPal.

How do I redeem a coupon code?

Please enter your coupon code at the Checkout and the value amount will automatically be deducted from your order. Click ‘Add Promo Code’.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Your gift voucher will have a unique code for you to enter at the checkout. This will be deducted automatically from your order total. This amount will appear as a credit on your invoice.

DELIVERY

What suburbs do you deliver to?

Currently EatGood is delivering to Adelaide – Please email us at support@eatgood.com.au if you live more than 40kms outside of the city and our team can confirm if we deliver to your location.

How much is delivery?

Orders $99 or above qualifies for free delivery. Orders between $49 and $98.99 will have a $7 delivery. Orders under $49 will have a $14 delivery charge. Delivery charges will be stated at checkout prior to your final purchase.

Do I need to be home to receive delivery?

We work hard to make sure your food stays cool as a cucumber. However, if you are intending your order to be left in a safe place for an extended period, we recommend adding additional ice packs to your order to ensure products are kept cold. Your delivery will usually be left at your front door unless you have advised a specific location in your delivery notes.

Can I pick up my order?

We are currently not accepting local pickup. We put safety first, which means our drivers will happily deliver your order to your door with a friendly wave. Easy!

How can I contact Customer Care?

You will be able to contact our customer care at support@eatgood.com.au. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

What if my products aren’t received in good condition?

If you do not receive your products in a good condition, please email support@eatgood.com.au with a photo of the product with your order number. Our Customer Care will contact you within 48 hours.

ACCOUNT

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

You will be able to get a new password if you press “forgot password?” when you login. Then you will receive a reset email password via email from us.

Do I have to create an account to order?

You may wish to check out as a guest. However, we do recommend creating an account with us for an easy and fuss free checkout experience as it’s the easier and safest way to store your order information on your account.
